The dashboard doesn't know it is looking at fertiliser.
We built this to watch fermentation tanks. Nothing inside it is specific to fertiliser — it is a general answer to a general question: is the thing you decided on actually being done, right now, without anyone having to go and check?
No Wi-Fi to share
You never have to put us on your network. The sensors talk to our own gateway over a private encrypted radio link, and the gateway carries its own connection out. Nothing touches your IT, no approval is needed, and a password change on your side cannot take the system down.
What we can measure
Temperature, humidity, tank and hopper level, pressure, current draw, machine run-time and idle time, door and valve state. If there is a signal, we can read it; if there is a contactor, we can switch it.
Man-hours back
A round of the floor to read twenty gauges is twenty entries and the better part of an hour, three or four times a shift. The same twenty readings land on one screen every few minutes instead, and an operator only walks when something needs a person.
Nothing waits for the cloud
The gateway keeps the current threshold rules on board. If the line drops it carries on switching fans, heaters and pumps, and uploads the backlog when the link returns.
Access matched to the job
A site contact sees their own plant. A process team sees every site and can move thresholds. Only an administrator can add hardware or people.
Updates without a site visit
Firmware is published centrally and pulled by the gateway, which then distributes it to the sensor nodes and relay boards over its own radio.
Retrofit, not rip-out
Sensor nodes and relay boards go onto machines that already exist. Most sites are instrumented over a weekend shutdown.
Stock on the same screen
Raw material in and packaged goods out, tracked against the batches that consumed and produced them — so what you can sell next week is a number, not an estimate.
