Aracharat Ventures LLP · Delhi NCR · working across India

Nothing here runs on assumption.

We build and check things that have to be right when nobody is watching — a fermentation plant, a factory floor's instrumentation, a company's books, a product's interface. Six different disciplines, one method underneath: measure it, keep it available, and hold several of them to standard at the same time.

Why we exist

Mission

To replace assumption with measurement in the places it costs the most — where a process, a ledger or an interface is trusted simply because nobody has checked it lately.

Vision

Small teams, properly instrumented, doing what used to need departments. We build for the operator on a night shift and the founder without a finance team — people who need the system to hold without them standing over it.

How we work

Three commitments, and the people who keep them.

Precision

A number, or nothing. If a claim can't be measured we don't make it — not in a tank, not in a management report, not in an audit finding. Every deliverable we hand over says how it was arrived at.

Availability

Systems must work when the internet is down, the supervisor is asleep or the specialist has gone home. Everything we build is designed to degrade gracefully rather than stop, and to be handed back to your own people.

Concurrency

Many processes held to standard at once. That is the reason this firm spans six disciplines instead of one — the same instinct that keeps forty tanks in range keeps a monthly close, an accessibility backlog and a build schedule in range too.

Motivated individuals

We are small on purpose and intend to stay that way. You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying it. Nothing here is subcontracted to a team you will never meet.

Who you will actually work with. Aracharat is led by Akash Rathi — a mechanical engineer from Delhi Technological University with an MBA in Finance from the Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi. Manufacturing automation at Bajaj Auto, then systems and regulatory compliance at a wealth-management firm, now industrial IoT and bio-fertiliser. The range on this page is the range of one career, not a brochure.
